An established Realty company in Pretoria East has a vacancy for a young, dynamic individual to assist the Agents with various tasks. The successful Candidate will be responisble for the following duties. Answer calls and take messages. Provide an administration service to the Estate Agents and the Principal. Assist with marketing and calling prospective buyers to set up appointments. Manage the database. Co-ordinate maintance for the Tenants. Conduct property inspections. Assist Agents with viewings and appointments. General administration duties. Matric. Valid drivers licence and own transport is essential. Excellent communication skills. Fully bilingual (Afrikaans home language would be an advantage). Office hours are 07h30 to 16h30 Monday to Friday. Sound knowledge of MS Office.
