Job Description

Job Position To deliver controller support in order to process vehicle stock transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures. Specific Role Responsibilities Key Tasks: Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement. Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes. Identify and apply known solutions to operational challenges and escalate unresolved issues. Record and report on transactional activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in area of accountability. Ensure all stock is managed in accordance with company/OEM/Importer policies. Ensure key control according to company policies and procedures. Ensure PDI has been conducted before delivery to client. Ensure that all documentation is processed accurately and correctly. Provide effective risk management during the receiving and movement of stock. Receive stock, quality check and process stock on system Source stock according to requirements and ensure timeous availability. Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise financial performance and profitability Deliver services that creates a culture which aims to exceed customers' expectations in all aspects of the business Deliver work activities effectively to satisfy customers. Attend training initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skills. Own and live up to company values. Qualifications and Experience Experience Required: A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in the motor dealership industry is preferred. Qualifications Required: Senior Certificate (Grade 12) Other Requirements: Travel between two dealers (Edenvale & Silver Lakes) Clear criminal record Knowledge of DRIVE will be an advantage. Must have excellent verbal communication skills. Customer and Team Orientation Prior motor industry experience is essential. Computer literacy is essential Skills and Personal Attributes Essential competencies (essential for meeting nearly all job objectives): Excellent verbal communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Planning and organising Time management Customer and Team Orientation Ability to follow up on all active prospects and update customer data base regularly.
