ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively manage Client's sales and conversion of quotes for renovation projects Manage all administrative aspects of CLient projects from cradle to grave, ensuring successful completion Accurately allocate work to field teams based on company rules and best practices Schedule project quote visits, starting dates and expected completion ensuring timelines are met. Facilitate impeccable Client journey, providing clear yet effective communication on project updates. Maintain a friendly yet professional style and foster good relationships with customers and potential customers Problem solving along with client complaint mitigation Achieve revenue targets and conversion rates while maintaining Client scores above company requirements WORK HOURS & LOCATION Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00 1 x Saturday p/m Remote work anywhere in South Africa Occasional retail store visits REQUIREMENTS Afrikaans as first language. Must be able to work remotely using digital technology, including Microsoft 365, MS Teams and Job Management systems. Must have experience in either Construction sites, Construction product sales or sales or Constrcution Project Management Must have a dedicated workspace and reliable connectivity Above average written and verbal communication in Afrikaans (mandatory) and English. Exceptional sales skills Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Knowledge of products and installation methods of finishes such as tiles, painting, sanware and showers Preferably based in the Cape Town region (not compulsory) EXPERIENCE 3 years experience in home renovation industry OR 2 years product or project manageemnt experience SALARY Between R8 500 and R12 500 depending on experiebce Monthly Incentive up to R1 500
