Key Responsibilities: Provide customized financial advice tailored to clients needs and goals Build and maintain a strong client base through proactive prospecting and relationship management Analyze financial data to recommend suitable products and strategies Offer a wide range of financial services, including insurance, investments, and savings solutions Establish trust with clients through continuous engagement, ensuring satisfaction and growth Adhere to industry standards and regulations for ethical and compliant practices Participate in regular training and development to enhance your skills Minimum Requirements: Matric (National Senior Certificate) tertiary qualification preferred but not essential South African ID Valid drivers license and reliable personal transport Clear credit record Clean criminal background Tax number in good standing Experience & Skills: Financial stability (minimal debt exposure preferred) Proven reliability and integrity Experience in sales or target-driven roles For experienced candidates: Relevant RE accreditation, NQF Level 5 (120 credits), and FSB-approved qualifications Entrepreneurial mindset preference for commission-based income structures Established network or strong prospecting ability Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong numeracy and data interpretation abilities Ability to influence, present confidently, and engage clients meaningfully Skilled in planning, organizing, and setting personal performance goals Motivated to grow in a supportive environment Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a competitive industry Strong drive for autonomy and success in building a financial advisory practice Support from a personal network (e.g., family support) Note : We provide extensive training and support to individuals new to the financial advisory field.
