Structural Engineer

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Somerset West. The successful candidate will be involved in the design, analysis, and delivery of a variety of structural engineering projects across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities: Structural design and analysis of reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry structures Preparation of technical drawings, reports, and specifications Coordination with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders Site inspections and construction monitoring Ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations Assisting with project management and delivery within deadlines Minimum Requirements: Degree or BTech in Civil or Structural Engineering 37 years relevant industry experience Proficiency in structural design software and AutoCAD/Revit (advantageous) Strong technical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and within a team Excellent communication and report-writing skills ECSA registration or candidacy (advantageous) Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
