Supervisor - Roll Forming

The individual needs to be a go-getter with motivation and drive to meet production requirements, must have the ability to optimize production through careful planning and change over schedules. The member must manage a team through defined areas of responsibility and delegation. Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to; Must be able to set Cams and Set Strokes on automatic machines Ability to accurately set tooling Programming of Feeders Partake in stocktake when required Ensure conformance to safety and quality Any reasonable duties assigned by the CEO and / Factory Manager REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Trade Certificate (Tool Setter) 5 years relevant experience (setter/controller/operator for roll forming machines) Must have knowledge of the following machines: Olma, Fischer Good communications skills to liaise with Tool Room Must be able to set Cams and Set Strokes on automatic machines
