Job Description
Were looking for a Marketing Campaign & Analytics Manager to plan, execute, and optimise integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and revenue. Youll work closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver data-driven, scalable campaigns across the full funnel Key responsibilities Develop and manage integrated campaign strategies aligned to business and product goals. Own end-to-end campaign execution across email, digital, content, events, paid media, and lifecycle programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality campaigns on time. Track performance, analyse results, and continuously optimise campaigns for impact and efficiency. Build dashboards and reports, turning insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders. Required experience 4 years experience in campaign, growth, or lifecycle marketing. Proven success delivering measurable, multi-channel campaigns. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in reporting and optimisation. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred). Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Nice to have B2B SaaS or subscription business experience. Exposure to attribution, cohort analysis, or experimentation. What we offer Competitive salary with annual reviews.
