Weve got a position available for a liabilities consultant Company: King Price Purpose of position: Capturing and processing third-party claims. Responsibilities: Managing client and third-party expectations Dealing with client and third-party queries in a professional way and in alignment with our company values Initiating new third-party claims Assessing the merits and quantum of claims received Making decisions on settling or rejecting those claims Drafting releases and all other documents relating to third party claims Requirements: Matric (essential) Relevant legal liabilities experience Having a solid understanding of the claims philosophy and the application thereof Skills and Attributes: Live out the King Price values Strong interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work under pressure Target driven Excellent negotiation, objection- and conflict handling skills Enthusiastic and passionate about the job and the company Organised, punctual and excellent time management skills Should you not receive any feedback within ten (10) working days after the closing date, please accept your application as unsuccessful.
