How you'll role As an SLA Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing service level agreements (SLAs) with our clients. You'll ensure that services are being delivered to meet client expectations, and work closely with internal teams to resolve any issues. Attention to detail and a customer-first attitude will be crucial in this role. What you'll do Manage a high volume of customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Schedule and coordinate technical teams to ensure SLA compliance Drive achievement of sales targets and revenue growth Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance Own and manage all client relationships Lead all client communication, including service feedback and reporting Oversee customer invoicing and billing accuracy Conduct regular customer site visits to maintain service quality What you'll need Grade 12 qaulification Proven HVAC experience - minimum 2 years Driver's license and personal vehicle (client site visits) Be sales and target driven Pastel and 365 Office knowledge (preferable) Technical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
