As such, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Firearms Competent individual to join our team. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain inventory of all firearms and related equipment in the armory - Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of firearms to ensure they are in good working condition - Provide training and support to security personnel on proper handling and use of firearms - Develop and implement security protocols and procedures related to firearms usage - Coordinate with external agencies and authorities on matters related to firearms licensing and compliance - Respond to emergencies and security incidents as needed - Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices related to firearms usage and security protocols Requirements: - Psira registered Grade A - Proven experience working in an armory or similar role - Demonstrated proficiency with a variety of firearms and related equipment - Strong knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to firearms handling - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment - Valid driver's license and clean driving record If you meet the requirements and are passionate about firearms and security, we would love to hear from you.
