A fst-growing, Dynamic company in the Cape, North Suburbs is looking for an experienced HR Manager: DUTIES: Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensure BCEA compliance, uphold brand standards, and maintain a strong pipeline of trained, store ready staff. Core Focus Areas: Handles Onboarding process, disciplinaries, recruitment, and ensure full compliance with Employment Act, and Training of Staff. (120) Training development, delivery, audits, and continuous staff readiness Compliance with BCEA, policies, contracts, and HR administration Accurate payroll support, leave verification, and documentation Discipline management and coaching of managers Weekly and monthly reporting, meetings, and planning Key Deliverables: Full Training Framework (Manual, Welcome Pack, Re Training Manual Error free employee files, contracts, leave records, and payroll inputs On time payslips, deduction agreements, and split summaries Consistent brand and product knowledge compliance across all stores Accurate staff entries/exits and exit documentation within 7 days of final payment KPIs: 100% accuracy in HR admin, leave, payroll inputs, and compliance Reduced turnover, improved retention, fewer repeat discipline cases Fully trained staff available at all times Weekly manager meetings completed BCEA compliance maintained and updated REQUIREMENTS: 5 years experience in the FMCG Industry Strong attention to detail
