BMS (Building Management System) – HVAC Technician

A established company based in the East Rand, requires a BMS Technician DUTIES: System Monitoring and Control Maintenance and Troubleshooting Installation and Commissioning System integration and configuration Documentation and reporting Client and stakeholder support Compliance and Safety REQUIREMENTS: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field. Minimum of 2 years experience in any technical role. Reliable motor vehicle to get to and from work/site. Professional, critical thinker, able to follow instructions and take initiative where necessary. Able to read and understand PLC logic. Bonus if candidate can create and modify PLC logic. Any Siemens certified training certificates ABT, Desigo CC, Siemens BT networks etc. Understanding of BMS Front End Graphics. Able to troubleshoot. BMS Commissioning. 3rd Party Integration. Control panel wiring and modifications
