Introduction We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will undertake a wide range of administrative duties, including overseeing our management proficiency program, managing communications, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and compiling reports. Your exceptional organizational abilities will be crucial as you navigate a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with clients and colleagues. Attention to detail is paramount, and you must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, your role will be pivotal in supporting senior management and ensuring the seamless operation of our daily office functions. Duties & Responsibilities - Oversee the management proficiency program. - Manage phone calls and emails efficiently. - Call and Schedule appointments and plan meetings. - Compile and prepare reports accurately. - Develop, implement, and refine office policies and procedures. - Maintain office organization and manage time effectively. - Facilitate client liaison and uphold professional communication standards. - Maintain meticulous diary keeping. - Electronic and Social Media Required Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in administration. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (5 years of experience required). - Excellent command of written English. - Ability to work effectively under pressure. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Preferably bilingual in English and Afrikaans. - Experience in the security industry is advantageous. - Experience in Electronic and Social Media is advantageous - Must reside in the Northern Suburbs and possess own transport. - Mature candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
