Minimum Requirements Recognized Sommelier certification (e.g., WSET Level 2/3 or equivalent). 35 years experience in a luxury lodge or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of South African wines. Skills & Competencies Excellent guest engagement and storytelling skills. Strong palate and pairing expertise. Inventory and cost management ability.
