CALL CENTRE SALES LEARNERSHIP (FOR DISABLED MATRICULANTS)

Our Client in the ICT sector is seeking enthusiastic disabled matriculants who are eager to learn and gain Call centre experience to join their call centre sales learnership. The learnership goal is to provide unemployed youth with call center experience and an NQF 3 Qualification at the end of the learnership. Candidate responsibilities will include the following: Market Products and services offered in the telecommunications sector Grow monthly active accounts Meeting planned sales targets Maintaining a good relationship with other agents *Please note that Duties are not limited to the above Must be a South African Citizen with a valid SA ID. Must have Matric/Grade 12. Must be between the ages of 18-34 years. Must be disabled and provide a Medical Certificate to prove disability. Must be proficient in Microsoft suite. Possess a keen interest in customer service and call centre. No work experience is required as training will be provided.
