Production Planner

One of the leading food manufacturing companies in Cape Town is currently looking for a skilled Production Planner with strong planning skills to join their team. Minimum Requirements: 3 years experience in production planning the food manufacturing industry preferably highly perishable foods. HACCP, GMP, and traceability systems knowledge Must be able to create and maintain production schedules, track raw materials and finished goods. Must be able to communicate with supervisors and warehouse teams and support the production team to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment. Diploma in Production or Supply Chain, or a related field. Matric Training in HACCP, GMP, or food safety standards is advantageous.
