Job Description

Purpose of the Role: To provide efficient front desk reception and administrative support to the Repairs and Service Department, ensuring professional client interaction and smooth day-to-day office operations Key Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To Welcoming and assisting visitors in a professional manner Answering, screening and directing incoming calls via switchboard Placing calls on hold appropriately and managing multiple calls efficiently Providing administrative support to the Repairs and Service Department Capturing data and assisting with general office administration Ordering stationery and office supplies Purchasing refreshments and basic office necessities as required Working on Pastel accounting system Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties as required Criteria Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Previous experience working on accounting systems, preferably Pastel Valid drivers licence Strong communication and interpersonal skills Well organised with strong attention to detail Professional, neat and presentable Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
