Accountant

Location: Bloemfontein (Arcata Estate / Oak Land Estate & Bloemtruss) Type: Full-time Main Duties HOA (Arcata & Oak Land) Levy billing, allocations, debtors follow-up Bank reconciliations Trustee monthly reports & audit support Bloemtruss Supplier invoices & payments Customer accounts, cashbook and reconciliations VAT,PAYE, monthly reporting, stock / costing support Accounting qualification (Diploma/Degree) 3 years experience in accounting Experience in HOA / property accounting and business accounting (retail/wholesale advantageous) Strong understanding of levies & debtor control , creditors & payments , and monthly reporting Ability to work with stock, invoicing, supplier accounts, VAT, PAYE (Bloemtruss) Excellent Excel skills accounting system experience (Sage / Xero advantageous) Honest, detailed, reliable, able to work under pressure Send CV with references before 28 February 2026.
