Benla Enterprises (a truck body manufacturing company), is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support the daily operations of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for general administrative duties, assisting with procurement-related activities and be able to talk with suppliers. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data capturing, record keeping, and correspondence. Prepare, issue, and track invoices, quotes, and make orders. Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with basic accounts administration. Process purchase orders and assist with procurement activities. Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, deliveries, and documentation. Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory-related documents. Ensure all administrative processes comply with company policies and procedures. Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required. Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office communication professionally. Training will also be given. Experience in procurement or supply chain administration (advantageous but not essential) Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills (verbal and written) Reliable and trustworthy
