In this pivotal role, youll shape brand strategy, drive commercial performance, and scale direct-to-consumer channels. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of global brand strategy across the company portfolio Define and protect bold brand positioning and storytelling frameworks Drive disruptive international brand launches and campaign rollouts Act as global brand guardian across all markets Lead and develop the international brand team in Cape Town Align brand, design, trade marketing, and sales execution Challenge category norms and push the organisation creatively and strategically Partner directly with the CEO on vision, priorities, and long-term growth Candidate Profile 35 years' experience in brand, marketing, or creative leadership roles Exceptionally driven with founder-level ownership mentality Strong strategic thinker with creative intuition Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch Experience in spirits or premium consumer brands preferred Based in Cape Town with global ambition Should you not receive any feedback within 2 weeks after the closing date, please consider your application unsuccessful.
