Head of Product Management

Our client is seeking a Head of Product Management based in Johannesburg, with a hybrid working model. Requirements: · Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmaps aligned to business objectives · Own and govern the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and retirement · Lead, mentor, and develop product management teams · Drive market, customer, and competitive analysis within payments and alternative payment solutions · Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements · Partner with engineering, sales, compliance, operations, and OEMs to ensure successful delivery · Oversee product quality, testing, compliance, and go-to-market execution · Monitor product performance and drive continuous optimisation and innovation · 8 years experience in senior product, strategy, or innovation roles (fintech / payments / technology) · 5 years leadership experience · Mandatory: In-depth knowledge of payments, including acquiring and transaction processing (card-present & card-not-present) · Proven track record delivering commercially successful, market-ready products · Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills · Experience with Agile product environments and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA) · Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field · Postgraduate qualification or Product Management certification advantageous Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your updated CV attached to it .jobs@tumaini.co.za , alternatively contact XXX-XXXX or visit our website, www.tumaini.co Correspondence will only be conducted with short listed candidates.
