Pay: Up to R10 500,00 per month Job description: Job description: Were looking for Technical Support Agent to join our dynamic support team. In this role, youll provide frontline support for hardware and software issues, primarily related to POS (Point of Sale) systems , while using CRM to manage customer queries. 12 years of experience in technical support or IT background 1-2 years experience within a BPO contact centre Provide excellent customer experience through technical support Strong troubleshooting skills with hardware (e.g., receipt printers, tablets, scanners) and software . Experience with POS systems (e.g. Square, Toast, etc.). will be a PLUS Proficiency with CRM Comfortable working in a shift-based environment , including weekends. Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Follow escalation procedures as required. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
