Duties & Responsibilities: Prepare Preliminaries and General Costing for finalization. Prepare Contractual and Commercial Review and be able to advise senior management of any positive and negative risk on the project. Ensure that the bid, when complete is submitted timeously, with all and any returnables that are requested by the client. Attend site visits, and any client / consultant briefings Ensure that knowledge of contract documentation, conditions of contract, specifications, standard method of measurement and building information systems is up to date. Education: BTech Quantity Surveyor or similar relevant qualification. Minimum 8 years of experience as an Estimator of a medium to large construction company. Proven ability to develop professional tenders. Strong construction and engineering contractual knowledge Proficiency in CCS Candy & MS Suite.
