General Foreman - Buildings

Our client is one of South Africas leading construction companies and they are seeking an experienced General Foreman (Building) to join their Cape Town team. They are looking for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, excellent site management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality building projects safely, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations on building projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, artisans and labour teams Ensure compliance with project specifications, building standards and quality requirements Implement and enforce all health, safety and environmental regulations on site Maintain site records and daily reports Assist with solving technical challenges and ensuring efficient construction methods Education: Matric with Supervision/ Civil Construction Training/ Diploma in Civil Engineer/ Construction At least 10 years relevant site supervisory experience in a construction environment Proven track record on medium to large-scale building projects (commercial, residential, industrial, educational, or similar).
