Key Responsibilities: Lead master planning initiatives, feasibility studies, and preparation of technical reports Integrate hydraulic modelling, GIS data, and field information into projects Supervise concept designs, layouts, and cost estimation processes Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members Education: BEng / BTech/ BEng Tech in Civil Engineering Registration with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Technologist Minimum of 10 years experience in water services infrastructure Excellent planning, analytical, and report-writing abilities
