Professional Quantity Surveyor

Our client is looking for a highly skilled individual to join their dynamic team as a Professional Quantity Surveyor. Duties & Responsibilities: Review and evaluate design documentation Prepare preliminary & detailed estimates Formulate bills of quantities & contract documentation Financial evaluation of tenders Administer cashflow forecasts, cost reports, variation orders, valuations, contractual claims, etc. Prepare & negotiate final accounts Requirements: Education: BSc/BTech Quantity Surveying Professional registration with the SACQSP. Minimum 6 years of experience within a QS consultancy environment. Contract administration & financial administration experience. Project management experience advantageous.
