Senior Data Scientist

Are you a Senior Data Scientist passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights? Join a dynamic, hybrid team focused on delivering strategic data solutions that drive business growth. In this role, youll develop advanced predictive models, guide data strategy, and collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to influence decision-making across the business. Youll work on challenging datasets, applying your expertise in Python, SQL, and machine learning to create scalable, high-impact solutions. Requirements: · BSc/MSc/PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Engineering. · 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist or Senior Analyst, ideally within fintech, payments, or digital commerce. · Proven ability to connect technical work to strategic outcomes influencing senior stakeholders through insight and evidence. · Expertise in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, pyspark), SQL, and applied machine learning. · Experience building dashboards and analytical reporting in AWS Quicksight, Power BI, or Tableau. · Familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, especially Athena, Glue, SageMaker, Bedrock Technical Skills · Deep understanding of data modelling, feature engineering, and statistical inference. · Experience with A/B testing, recommendation systems, and behavioural modelling. · Strong grasp of data pipelines and cloud data architectures (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Athena, Glue). · Awareness of LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering for business applications. · Ability to translate data into actionable narratives and compelling business cases.
