Senior Foreman

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Foreman to join their team on a key building project based in Cape Town. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned construction professional to take a leading role in delivering high-quality building projects within a reputable and fast-growing organisation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery. Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Maintain strict quality control and enforce health & safety compliance across all site activities. Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to support effective communication and reporting. Diploma or Degree in Construction Management or a related field. 10 years experience working on building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use). Proven track record overseeing large and complex construction sites. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and maintain high productivity standards under pressure.
