Responsibilities: Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance Monitor contractor performance Conduct site inspections, quality assurance checks and progress reporting Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental regulations Manage stakeholder engagement Administer contract documentation and coordinate with professional teams Education: BEng/ BSc/ BTech in Civil Engineering At least 8 years of experience in a construction environment Proven experience in roads, water infrastructure or municipal services projects Experience working on SANRAL projects Professional registration with ECSA Knowledge of construction contracts
