Wet Trades Foreman - Construction Industry

RPO Recruitment's client, a leading construction and property development firm in South Africa is currently seeking a reliable and skilled Wet Trade Foreman in Cape Town to support the supervision of wet trade teams across multiple stages of construction. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team. Responsibilities: Oversee wet trade teams and daily work activities Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications Monitor progress and report deviations or requirements Implement health and safety practices Read and interpret site drawings Requirements: National Senior Certificate together with a relevant qualification in the Built Environment 5 years experience supervising wet trade activities Strong technical knowledge of brickwork, plastering, screeding, tiling, and related trades Good communication and coordination abilities Basic understanding of site safety standards Must reside in Cape Town (no relocation applications will be considered or accommodation provided) Benefits: Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications Contact RPO Recruitment for our next career opportunity.
