Finishing Foreman - Construction Industry

RPO Recruitment's client, a reputable construction and property development firm in South Africa is currently recruiting a detail-oriented Finishing Foreman to supervise all final stages of interior and exterior finishes on their construction sites in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will ensure that finishes meet the companys impeccable standards. Responsibilities: Supervise finishing teams and subcontractors Conduct quality inspections and snagging Ensure adherence to finishing schedules Maintain high standards of detail and accuracy Coordinate with site management regarding progress and needs Requirements: National Senior Certificate together with a relevant qualification in the Built Environment 5 years experience in finishing supervision Experience with paint, joinery, tiling, ceilings, and final details Ability to read and interpret finishing drawings Excellent attention to detail Must reside in Cape Town (no relocation applications will be considered or accommodation provided) Benefits: Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications Contact RPO Recruitment for our next career opportunity.
