Job Description
Summary: A target-driven and energetic sales professional responsible for managing and growing wholesale accounts within the sports and apparel retail sector. Builds strong relationships with retailers, drives sell-in and sell-through, and ensures brand visibility across all retail touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Call on existing and prospective retail customers to promote and sell sports apparel, footwear, and equipment. Present new product ranges, ensuring retailers are informed about product features, pricing, and promotional offers. Negotiate sales terms, order volumes, and delivery schedules in line with company goals. Maintain and grow a defined territory by identifying new retail opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships. Monitor stock levels, sales performance, and merchandising standards within retail stores. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns. Provide detailed feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for management. Ensure retailers receive excellent after-sales service, training, and product support.
