Process Technologist

A market-leading FMCG manufacturer is looking for a Process Technologist to support the transition of new products from development into full-scale production. This role suits someone who is organised, solutions-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with factory trials, pre-production planning, and process optimisation Ensure product specifications, quality standards and documentation are correctly implemented Provide technical input from concept stage through to final launch Liaise with production, QA, NPD teams, and suppliers to resolve challenges Compile trial reports and support post-launch improvements Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification (Food Science, Food Technology or similar) 2 years FMCG experience Understanding of production processes and NPD Strong computer literacy and attention to detail Confident communicator with a proactive approach If youre ready to play a key role in bringing new products to life, send your CV today!
