Key Responsibilities: Fault finding and repair of electrical, mechanical and instrumentation equipment Preventative maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime Reduce production downtime through effective maintenance practices Installation, inspection, adjustment and repair of machinery PLC fault finding to I/O level Maintain machine safety, control systems and housekeeping standards (5S) Complete job cards and maintenance records accurately Provide technical support and assist with continuous improvement initiatives Minimum Requirements: Qualified Red Seal Millwright Minimum 35 years post trade test experience , preferably in an FMCG environment Computer literate Valid drivers licence Forklift licence (advantageous) National Technical Diploma (advantageous) Key Attributes: Strong fault-finding skills Team player with a proactive approach High attention to safety, quality and food hygiene standard
