What Youll Drive on the Ground Perform routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance on industrial equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults with laser-focused accuracy. Install, repair, and refurbish machinery, including fabrication work when required. Conduct RCA investigations and compile detailed maintenance reports, job cards, and cost tracking. Support continuous improvement efforts, safety compliance, and sustainability practices. Supervise junior staff and promote a culture of technical excellence. Interpret schematics, diagrams, and machine documentation with confidence. Execute plant reconfigurations: dismantling, relocating, and reinstalling equipment. Clear communication and strong interpersonal abilities. Deadline-driven mindset with deep attention to detail. Ability to multitask while staying cool under pressure. Team-player energy with leadership potential. Analytical and solution-oriented approach to complex problems. Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic & lubrication knowledge. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams. Available immediately. Millwright Trade Test (Red Seal) will be an advantage. N2N6 (Electrical / Mechanical relevant subjects). Experience in food-grade environments (Hygiene, EHEDG, 3-A, FDA standards). Exposure to workshop standards, sanitation protocols, and risk management.
