Location: Midrand, Gauteng Benefits: High commission, company vehicle use, petrol incentive, monthly and year-end bonuses, international trips for top performers Basic Responsibilities & Duties: Prospect and generate leads through estate agents, referrals, direct marketing, and social media Assess clients financial needs and offer suitable home loan solutions Guide clients through applications, approvals, and closing Maintain client relationships and follow up for referrals Keep accurate records of leads and applications Requirements: Matric qualification Valid drivers license and own transport Minimum 2 years proven sales experience, preferably in home loans Strong administrative, marketing, and communication skills Results-driven with ability to work under pressure
