Cape Town Our client, an ever growing retailer and market leader is seeking to employ an area manager to oversee 5 stores in Cape Town Region. Oversee daily operations across multiple store locations to ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotional planning, and KPI management Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing store teams through coaching, training, and performance evaluations Conduct regular store visits to review compliance, operational excellence, and inventory accuracy Analyse sales data to identify trends, improve productivity, and implement action plans to maximise revenue Plan and manage budgets, P&L accountability, and cost control initiatives across the region Strengthen customer service strategies to enhance retention and satisfaction ratings Lead execution of new store openings, store expansions, and visual merchandising standards Ensure adherence to company policies, health & safety requirements, and loss prevention measures Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, buyers, planners, and suppliers to align business goals Develop and roll out continuous improvement initiatives to elevate performance across all stores Resolve operational issues quickly, providing guidance and support to store leadership Report on operational performance, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership Please email cv and salary requirements to marlene@servicesolutions.co.za
