Key Responsibilities Content & Community Engagement Develop and implement creative content strategies across social platforms. Craft compelling posts, blogs, and scripts for videos and podcasts. Moderate conversations and respond to comments, fostering positive engagement. Act as a brand advocate and maintain a consistent tone of voice. Monitor trends in online community tools and identify opportunities for growth. Customer Authentication & Resolution Conduct outbound authentication calls for social media queries. Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate only when necessary. Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Design and support teams for seamless execution. Analyse engagement metrics and community sentiment to optimise strategies. Provide insights to enhance customer journeys and reduce escalations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of social media platforms and community dynamics. Experience in community management and customer engagement. Familiarity with CRM systems and social management tools. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends. Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
