Experienced Waiters

Job Title: Waiter/Waitress Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as a waiter/waitress. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take and deliver food and drink orders accurately and promptly - Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and beverages - Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before and after guest seating - Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and ingredients - Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff - Address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist in general restaurant duties as needed, such as cleaning, restocking supplies, and cash handling Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time - Must be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays If you are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and have a positive attitude, we would love to hear from you.
