Senior Commercial Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Commercial Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to take charge of commercial operations across multiple high-impact projects. In this medium-sized company, your decisions wont get lost in layers of hierarchy, youll have the autonomy to lead, innovate, and drive strong commercial performance from day one. Responsibilities: Responsible for all commercial aspects. Commercial reviews of tenders and preparation of risk and opportunity schedules. Provide commercial support to sites from award to final account stage; assist in ensuring that contractual opportunities, entitlements and obligations are being recognised and managed correctly. Education: Bachelors in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field Minimum 10 years experience in civil engineering / construction projects Skilled in negotiating and finalizing commercial agreements
