Their model combines on-demand scheduling, a distributed nurse network, and a high-touch customer experience. Our client is a multi-state healthcare logistics and revenue platform and this role runs the operational engine behind it. About the position: The Multi-Unit Operations Manager owns the field execution, staffing, and revenue delivery across all client's markets. You are responsible for ensuring that every booked appointment is matched, executed, upgraded, and billed correctly while keeping nurses optimally utilized and markets operating efficiently. You will run this operation inside: Zenoti (scheduling, services, memberships, billing, reporting) HubSpot (CRM, lead flow, rebooking, and sales visibility) WhatsApp (real-time nurse and team coordination) This is not a scheduling role. This is a multi-state operational and revenue leadership role. Responsibilities: Nurse Coverage & Market Readiness Forecast nurse supply by market, day, and time Ensure enough coverage for on-demand, events, and peak periods Maintain backup coverage for last-minute demand Identify hiring needs before gaps impact revenue Appointment Fulfillment & Real-Time Logistics Ensure every booked appointment in Zenoti is matched to a nurse Manage real-time changes, routing, and coverage Execute group bookings, corporate events, and activations Resolve last-minute issues so revenue is never lost Sales, Add-Ons & Revenue Growth Track AOV and add-on attach rates by nurse and market Identify underperforming shifts or teams Drive upsells, upgrades, and rebooking performance Ensure nurses are trained and motivated to recommend add-ons Utilization, Coverage & Revenue Protection Optimize nurse utilization Balance over-staffed vs under-staffed markets Track and reduce lost revenue from unmatched or canceled appointments Ensure every shift and on-call block is financially productive Nurse Operations & Accountability Onboard and activate nurses Manage availability, reliability, and professionalism Address no-shows, cancellations, and performance issues Maintain service and brand standards across all markets Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all nurses are properly licensed, credentialed, and insured Confirm assignments are compliant with state regulations Enforce client's clinical and operational protocols Reporting & Performance Management Deliver daily and weekly coverage reports Provide market-level revenue, growth, and utilization metrics Track add-on performance and missed revenue Give leadership clear visibility into where we are scaling or leaking Requirements: We are looking for a multi-unit, revenue-driven operator, not a dispatcher.
