Position: Warranty Clerk Location: Richards Bay Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing warranty claims and ensuring that all warranty-related issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities: - Process warranty claims and documentation accurately and efficiently - Communicate with customers and vendors regarding warranty-related issues - Maintain warranty records and documentation - Follow up with customers and vendors to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims - Assist in investigating and resolving warranty disputes - Provide support to the warranty department as needed Qualifications: - Matric Certificate (Grade12) - experience in a similar role in the automotive industry - Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications If you meet the qualifications and are interested in joining our team as a Warranty Clerk, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
