Magento Developer

We are seeking an experienced Magento Developer to design, customize, and maintain e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience across frontend, backend, and cloud environments , with a strong focus on performance, UX/UI, and scalable solutions. Skills and Experience Required: Frontend Skills (Must-Have) 5 years experience with HTML5 & CSS3 (Bootstrap, SASS, LESS, Tailwind a plus) 5 years experience with native JavaScript (ES6) (jQuery a plus) Backend Skills (Must-Have) 3 years experience with Node.js 5 years experience creating RESTful APIs and WebSockets 5 years experience with PHP & MySQL (Laravel, Codeigniter, Symfony a plus) 3 years experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or similar) Competent in Unix/Linux server management (CLI, MySQL, Apache/Nginx, Firewalls, PM2) General Skills 3 years experience leading complex solo web projects & platform integrations Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of UX/UI best practices Experience with the full e-commerce development lifecycle Version control experience ( GIT preferred ) Strong time management and ability to set performance goals Advantageous Skills Experience with GraphQL Knowledge of Magento 2 Commerce / Commerce Cloud Familiarity with additional programming languages or frameworks Experience in enterprise-grade software development Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to it.vacancy@stand-outstaffing.co.za .
