We are seeking an energetic and experienced Dealer Principal to lead a high-performing, independent pre-owned vehicle dealership that forms part of a reputable and well-established motor group. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all dealership operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency. Manage stock acquisition, pricing, and valuations to protect profit margins. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Implement strategic sales and business growth plans. Ensure seamless coordination across all departmentsfrom the showroom to aftersales support. Minimum 3 years' recent experience as a Dealer Principal or in a Senior Management role within a corporate-owned motor dealership. Proven track record of success in a high-volume sales environment (commission sheets required). Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Proficiency in dealer management systems such as Kerridge, CDK, Drive, or Autoline. Deep understanding of local market pricing, vehicle buying practices, and valuation processes. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
