Senior Operational Manager

Were looking for a proven leader with a solid background in the security industry to drive operations, lead a dynamic team, and ensure client satisfaction. Duties & Responsibilities What Youll Do: Oversee daily security operations and ensure top-tier service delivery . Lead, inspire, and manage a team of security professionals. Develop risk assessment strategies and maintain safety protocols. Build strong client relationships and maintain high service standards. Manage financial budgets effectively and drive operational efficiency. Prepare reports and present operational insights to senior management. Desired Experience & Qualification What You Need: 10 years in the security industry, with 5 years in a management role. PSIRA (Grade A) registered as per Act 2000 (Act 60/2000). Firearm competency (handgun and shotgun) with relevant certifications. Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills. Excellent risk assessment and crisis management capabilities. PC literate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Financial budgeting experience. Valid drivers license and own transport. Clear criminal record. Must be fluent in English. Willingness to work minimum of 100 shift
