Process Engineer

How you'll role The Process Engineer will lead the optimization and re-engineering of business processes within the banking sector. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation initiatives, improving customer experiences, and achieving operational excellence. It requires a blend of technical process engineering skills and banking expertise to work effectively across business and technology domains. What you'll do Lead end-to-end process engineering initiatives Design and implement 'To-Be' processes using best engineering practices Conduct complex process analysis, including throughput and waste identification Identify and promote automation opportunities, such as RPA and API-based integrations Collaborate with architecture and digital teams to define future operating models Apply Lean, Six Sigma for process optimization and waste reduction Facilitate Kaizen workshops and root-cause analysis sessions Collaborate in digital transformation to engineer automated workflows Support the deployment of workflow engines and robotics for process automation Ensure process documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards Lead medium to large process improvement projects and cross-functional teams What you'll need Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, Information Systems, or related field 3-7 years of experience in process engineering within the banking sector Lean Six Sigma certification preferred Advanced skills in process mapping (BPMN, EPC) and tools like Visio, ARIS, Bizagi Proficiency with automation tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere Strong analytical skills to justify process improvements Strong knowledge of banking operational processes and regulatory requirements Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus Experience with Agile project environments and business architecture Power BI or advanced data analytics capabilities are advantageous
