Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects within the built environment. The successful candidate will manage project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage construction projects across civil and built environment sectors. Develop and implement project plans in line with PMBOK standards. Budget and cost planning, including monitoring and reporting. Manage contracts in accordance with JBCC, NEC, GCC, and other relevant building contracts. Utilize MS Projects and/or Primavera to track progress and performance. Lead, mentor, and coordinate project teams. Qualifications & Experience: NQF 7 or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or Architecture. Registered CPM with SACPCMP. Minimum 10 years post-registration experience managing construction projects. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Projects, and/or Primavera. Strong knowledge and application of PMBOK principles. Extensive understanding of JBCC, NEC, GCC, and other relevant building contracts.
