Content & Digital Media Coordinator

EC Security is looking for a creative, detail-driven Content & Digital Media Coordinator to manage and produce all visual and digital content for the brand. This is a hands-on creative role responsible for social media content, graphic design, photography, and supporting marketing campaigns across all platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening EC Securitys professional image and community presence. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation Create engaging content for EC Securitys social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) Plan, schedule, and publish consistent content aligned with brand tone Write clear, professional captions and short form copy suited to each platform Assist with basic engagement monitoring and content performance feedback Graphic Design & Advertising Design digital and print marketing material (social posts, flyers, posters, banners, signage, etc.) Create and maintain branded templates Ensure all content aligns with EC Securitys brand guidelines Photography & Visual Content Take high-quality photos for marketing, social media, and promotional use Capture events, staff, vehicles, sites, products, and services as required Basic photo editing and optimisation for digital platforms Brand & Marketing Support Maintain consistent branding across all platforms Assist with campaign ideas, competitions, and promotions Work closely with management to support marketing initiatives and community communication Experience in social media content creation, marketing, branding or agency environments Strong design skills (Canva required. Adobe Suite advantageous) Photography skills (DSLR or mirrorless camera experience advantageous) Basic photo editing skills Basic video editing skills Short-form video creation (Reels, Clips, etc) Understanding of social media trends and formats Strong attention to detail and brand consistency Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
