Job Title: Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant Location: Clearwater Office Park, Strubensvalley We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, as well as extensive experience implementing and configuring Sage Intacct software for clients in various industries. Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and configuration of Sage Intacct software for clients, ensuring the solution meets their specific needs and requirements - Work closely with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges, and provide expert guidance on how to best utilize Sage Intacct to address these - Collaborate with internal teams, such as project managers and developers, to develop and execute implementation plans within budget and timeline constraints - Provide training and support to clients on how to use Sage Intacct effectively, ensuring they can leverage all features and functionalities of the software - Assist in troubleshooting any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation process, working closely with technical support teams to resolve them in a timely manner - Stay current on new features and updates to Sage Intacct software, and proactively recommend improvements and enhancements to clients Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field - 2 years of experience implementing and configuring Sage Intacct software for clients - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes - Proven track record of successful implementations and client satisfaction - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams - Certifications in Sage Intacct or related software are a plus If you are a motivated and dedicated Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant with a passion for helping clients optimize their financial processes, we want to hear from you. Core Candidate Skills: Sage Intacct Expertise: Proficiency in configuring core financial modules, including, but not limited to, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Order Entry and Purchasing. Technical Accounting: Advanced understanding of financial principles such as Chart of Accounts design, multi-entity management, dimensional reporting, and month-end reconciliations. Implementation Methodology: Experience following a structured phased approach (e.g., Planning, Building, UAT, and Deployment) to minimize operational disruption. Data Management: Proficiency in data cleansing, mapping, and migrating historical transactional data from legacy systems like Quickbooks, Sage 50 or Sage 200. Systems Integration: Knowledge of connecting Sage Intacct with third-party tools using API's and middleware. Essential Experience: Full Lifecycle Implementations: Leading at least 2-3 end-to-end Sage Intacct implementations from initial discovery through post-go-live support. Client-Facing Consulting: Proven track record of conducting discovery workshops to map "as-is" business processes to "to-be" workflows within the software. Industry-Specific Configuration: Experience tailoring solutions for specific verticals such as Non-Pofit, SaaS, Healthcare, or Professional Services. Project Leadership: Managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure delivery remains within scope. Preferred Qualifications: Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology, or a undergraduate diploma or equivalent. Professional Qualifications: Sage Intacct Implementation and Accounting Certification (Non-Negotiable).
