Key responsibilities Identifiying and contacting potential new clients(businesses)who may need HR or training solutions through cold calling,networking and market research. Meeting with prospects to understand their specific HR and training challenges(e.g.,Recruitment,onboarding,skill development,compliance) and presenting tailored product or service solutions that address those needs. Negotiating prices,contract terms and conditions to successfully close sales and secure new business. Building and maintaining strong,long term relantionships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction,encourage repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. working closely with internal teams,such as marketing and customer support,to align strategies,ensure seamless service delivery and adress customer issues promptly product knowledge National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource management or business administration,marketing or related field SAGE Payroll/HR/Accounting Advance Excell System Management and Development Proven Sales Experience Great Communication skills Customer Service Skills Technical Proficiency Tender/Bid proven experience success rate Satutary Knowledge (5-10 years experience)
